- $0. Includes the first three successful AI conversation imports for the lifetime of the account. Existing cards and reviews remain available.
- Pro monthly
- $9 per month. Includes 30 successful AI conversation imports per subscription month; unused allowance does not roll over. Taxes may apply.
- Other costs
- You are responsible for internet access, data charges, and other costs of your device and environment. There is no shipping charge.
- When payment occurs
- The first payment is collected at purchase. Pro is then charged automatically on each monthly renewal date until canceled.

Delivery and access conditions
Paid features are ordinarily available immediately after payment completes. Access may be delayed by a system failure, payment-provider review, or maintenance.
- The AI import allowance resets at the start of each applicable billing period.
- Failed extractions, duplicate detection before analysis, and automatic system retries do not consume an allowance. Choosing to import a detected duplicate starts a new AI import and a successful result does consume one allowance.
- The recommended environment is the latest desktop version of Google Chrome using the Chrome extension with the Kiovio web app.
Cancellation, returns, and refunds
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Pro renews monthly. Complete cancellation before the next renewal date to stop the next and future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Pro remains available until then.
Open Manage subscription and payment to cancel online, including while new sales are paused. If that route is unavailable, contact Support for cancellation assistance.
Cards already created, core review, and cross-device synchronization remain available after cancellation. New successful AI imports return to the Free lifetime allowance after the paid period ends.
Returns and refunds
Because Kiovio is a digital service, returns after access begins, mid-period refunds, and prorated refunds are not ordinarily provided. This does not apply where a refund is required by law, a duplicate charge occurs, or a material failure attributable to the Operator prevents use of the Service.
